Developing a personal practice is as important as attending a weekly class. In class, you discover each pose's
tendencies as well as your body's particular habits. To change these habits
and move toward greater balance in the poses, you need to practice on your
own.
Near the end of each session, Sharon will offer a class to help students begin a home practice. This class will be open to anyone who has attended classes at the center. It will be free to students who are registered for the current session.
