![]() Saturday Summer Workshops Open and Aware: Seeing Ourselves Clearly BKS Iyengar wants us to see each pose with fresh eyes every time we practice. We'll work towards developing this ability in sequences that include a variety of poses- standing, supine, forward bends, twists, backbends, and inversions. The morning classes will be more active and energetic. The afternoon classes will focus on poses that renew energy and quiet the nervous system.
